Our client provides game-changing AV and streaming technology to the legal profession world-wide. Their unique products and services connect legal professionals to a variety of case information, analysis and data via a secure platform that allows legal teams and clients to collaborate from anywhere in the world.
Due to their brilliant expansion and growth, they are seeking an additional technical delivery officer to help deploy the company’s services to worldwide court-hearing locations. You will be trained to provide the
- planning/preparation of the equipment needed for each hearing
- logistical deployment of the service
- configuration and setup
- technical client support
- set-up, breakdown and removal any hardware or software involved
Based in Central London, but incorporating lots of short-notice global travel, this opportunity to act as a technical delivery assistant relies on your client-facing skills and technical know-how to appropriately handle technical support issues, client liaison, system installation and operating bespoke courtroom reporting software.
This is a technically-varied role and you will need a working background in audio visual support that covers video conferencing, Realtime audio and streaming services, multimedia and networking. If you have some audio-visual technician experience working in corporate AV for a bank or law firm etc., then it is likely you will have the expertise, the personality and service delivery approach our client requires.
